Lloyd Ney is entering his 15th year as the Managing Partner of the Sioux City Musketeers and the President of SportSynergy, a firm that specializes in sports programming consultation and recreational facility design and management. SportSynergy owns the Ice Zone, the practice facility of the St. Louis Blues of the NHL, as well as Synergy Hockey, which is one of the largest hockey schools in the Midwest.
A native of Grand Rapids, MI, Lloyd studied Business and Recreational Facility Management at Ferris State University and the University of Michigan. Lloyd is very active in St. Louis, MO hockey, serving on the Board of Directors of the St. Louis AAA Blues, and on the Missouri Hockey State Board.
Lloyd is married to his wife, Krista, and are parents to three boys- Jamie, JB, and Jack.

A native of Walthill, Nebraska, Travis enters his sixth season as Musketeers CEO. Travis previously worked as a sportscaster in Sioux City and Omaha before making stops at WinnaVegas Casino and the Sioux City Symphony, where he served as the organization's first CEO.
The 2025-26 season is Connor's fourth with the Sioux City Musketeers. Previously the Rhode Island native had worked for the Sioux City Explorers. Ranging from all sorts of jobs from promotions intern to Director of Ticketing to Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations. Most notably for the team he served as the 'Voice of the Explorers' for four seasons beginning in 2018.

A Sioux City native, Rachael returns to the Musketeers for her second season after spending over 20 years at Tyson Foods as an International Sales Manager. Rachael studied business management and Human Resource Management at Briar Cliff University and Business Marketing at the University of Iowa.
