SEAN CLARK | GENERAL MANAGER

This is Sean Clark's eighth season with the Musketeers and his fourth as the teams General Manager. The Warren, MI native has served as a scout for the Sioux City Musketeers since 2018, before being promoted to Director of Player Personnel for the 2021-22 season. During his six seasons, the Muskies have seen ten players drafted into the NHL, including three 2nd round picks.
Prior to Sioux City, Clark served as Scouting Director to the Omaha Lancers (2013-2016), and Assistant Director of USHL Central Scouting (2010-2013).
Clark is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, were he served as captain of the Blugolds for two-seasons, before finishing his playing career with the Bakersfield Condors, of the ECHL.
JASON KERSNER | HEAD COACH

The 2026-27 season will be the fifth season at the helm for Musketeers head coach Jason Kersner. He has guided the Musketeers to the postseason in all four seasons he has been head coach. Kersner signed a three-year extension this past off-season keeping him the head coach of the Musketeers until 2030.
The Rockville, MD native is no stranger to the Musketeers organization. Kersner has helped in many different forms since 2009, including a late season stint in 2021 as an Assistant Coach.
Kersner came to Sioux City after coaching two years of Junior hockey for the Rockets Hockey Club in the National Collegiate Development Conference. During his time with the Rockets Kersner racked up an impressive .747 win percentage with trips to the League Finals and Semifinals. Those teams produced 17 NCAA Division-I players. He is also owns and manages Skipjacks Hockey Academy in York, PA and and elite hockey and life training program called Pinnacle Performance.
The new Head Coach is also widely known in the hockey world for his incredible ability to create and maintain a winning culture in the locker room and in business. Kersner Co-Authored “The Mental Game of Ice Hockey” and speaks to teams at all levels on building culture.
ALEX DOYLE | ASSOCIATE HEAD COACH

The 2026-27 season will be Alex Doyle's third with the Sioux City Musketeers.
Alex Doyle was a part of last years coaching staff and worked with the defense and penalty kill and helped guide the Musketeers to the top penalty kill unit in the USHL.
DEAN THERRIAULT | ASSISTANT COACH

The 2026-27 season will be Dean Therriault's first with the Sioux City Musketeers.
Therriault is a graduate of Michigan State University. He most recently coached at the youth level with Little Caesars while working extensively with elite youth players through Purpose Driven Development, the player development company he founded.
Therriault’s experience includes player development, video analysis, practice planning, recruiting, and scouting. The Michigan native also worked with video, analytics, and various game-day operations for the Michigan State hockey team.
During his time with Little Caesars, the program won the 2025 USHL Fall Classic and 16U IIHF 4 Nations Tournament championships. Therriault’s playing career included four years of varsity hockey at Grosse Pointe South, where his leadership abilities were recognized as he was named team captain in back-to-back years.
SHANE CLIFFORD | GOALIE COACH
A former IHL and ECHL goalie, Shane now teaches the art of goaltending to goalies from youth to the NHL. Shane has been a Goaltending Coach for a number of different professional levels including the NHL, AHL, ECHL, French Professional league and CHL. And a number of junior levels such as the USHL, WHL, OHL, NAHL and NCDC as well as collegiately for Division I programs.
Shane has coached NHL goaltenders such as; Marc Andre-Fleury, John Gibson, Dustin Wolf, Akira Schmid, Carter Hart, Aiden Hill, Jacob Fowler, Alex Tracy and Mattiss Kivlenieks.
The likes of Fleury of Hill have won Stanley Cup Championships. In the junior ranks Alex Tracy has a Clark Cup Championship under Clifford's tutelage. As well as Peter Mannino in the NAHL, Charlie Durkin with the Denin Cup in the NCDC and the Memorial Cup of the CHL with Nolan Lalonde. In the collegiate ranks Cliffy has guided three goalies to a national championship including Mannino (Denver), Parker Millner (Boston College) and Kenny Reiter (Duluth). As well a Division III Championship for Mike Martin (St. Norbert College).

ZACK KAMINS | VIDEO COACH & DIRECTOR OF ANALYTICS
Kamins enters his first season as Video Coach & Director of Analytics for the Sioux City Musketeers and his fourth season overall with the organization. Kamins spent the previous three seasons as the team’s Hockey Analyst, helping the club to a 95-72-19 record.
Kamins began working with the Musketeers while completing his undergraduate degree in Statistics at the University of South Florida and later while pursuing graduate studies in Mathematical Science at the University of North Florida. As the team’s Hockey Analyst, he worked closely with the coaching staff and general manager to provide data-driven recommendations supporting player development, coaching strategy, and roster and trade decisions.
In his expanded role, Kamins will continue to lead the team’s analytics efforts while adding video coaching responsibilities. He will break down game and practice footage to deliver actionable insights to players and coaches, further integrating video and analytics into the organization’s approach to player development and team performance
