MUSKETEERS ANNOUNCE FOUR PRESEASON GAMES
Sioux City, Iowa (August 12, 2026) — The Sioux City Musketeers have announced their four-game preseason schedule ahead of the 2026-27 United States Hockey League season.
The Musketeers will play four preseason contests, including three games against USHL opponents at IBP Ice Center and one game in Sioux Center, Iowa.
2026-27 Preseason Schedule
- Friday, September 4 — vs. Omaha Lancers | IBP Ice Center
- Saturday, September 5 — at Omaha Lancers
- Thursday, September 10 — vs. Sioux Falls Stampede | IBP Ice Center
- Friday, September 11 — vs. Sioux Falls Stampede | Vernon Ice Center | Sioux Center, Iowa | 6:00 p.m.
Admission to the Musketeers' preseason games at IBP Ice Center will be free for 2026-27 Musketeers season ticket holders and $10 for non-season ticket holders. All seating will be general admission.
The Musketeers' September 11 match up against the Sioux Falls Stampede will be held at Vernon Ice Center in Sioux Center at 6:00 p.m. and is presented by Peoples Bank. Tickets will be available for purchase at the door, with proceeds benefiting the Dordt University hockey team.
The Musketeers will open training camp with their first practice at IBP Ice Center on August 26, exactly one month before the team's regular-season home opener on September 26.
Before returning to Sioux City for the home opener, the Musketeers will begin the regular season at the USHL Fall Classic in Chicago. Sioux City will face the Green Bay Gamblers on September 16 and the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders on September 17.
The Musketeers will welcome 34 players to training camp, with the roster ultimately being trimmed to 24 active players ahead of the start of the regular season.
