AT YOUR SERVICE
The Tyson Events Center takes great pride in presenting world class events that entertain spectators in a safe and comfortable atmosphere. Please take a moment to read through the following policies and amenities to help familiarize yourself with our excellent facility. It is the Tyson Events Centers goal to make every experience an enjoyable one.
ATM MACHINES
There are two (2) ATM machines in the Tyson Events Center. Â They are located in the box office lobby and on the south concourse at the top of the grand staircase.
CONCESSIONS
There are six concession stands located throughout the concourse level of the Tyson Events Center offering a wide variety of fan favorites. Fans are not allowed to bring food or beverages, including coolers, bottles or cans, into the Tyson Events Center.
DISABLED FACILITIES
The Tyson Events Center is designed to ADA compliance, featuring conveniently located disabled parking spaces with van accessible spaces. Restrooms, pay phones, drinking fountains, concessions, merchandise stands and ticket counters are all wheelchair accessible. In addition, guests in need of electrical service to recharge a powered wheelchair may stop approach an usher to make necessary arrangements.
FAN CONDUCT
We want your experience at the Tyson Events Center to be an enjoyable one. It is our hope that all guest will maintain an acceptable level of decorum. However, should other people in your area interfere with your enjoyment of an even, please notify a Guest Service Representative (usher) or member of our security staff.
FIRST AID
Mercy Medical Center proudly sponsors the Mercy First Aid Room, located behind section 111. The Mercy First Aid room is staffed by Siouxland Paramedics, with two paramedics on hand for every Musketeers home game to serve the medical needs of anyone attending a game.
GATE TIMES
Gates generally open 1 hour prior to the scheduled puck-drop. Please contact the Tyson Events Center at 712-279-4850 for specific event times.
GUEST RELATIONS
The Guest Relations booth is located at the top of the grand staircase on the south concourse. Any Guest Relations Representative (usher) that you see throughout the arena is available to answer any question that you may have or to assist you as best they can.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost and found items may be claimed at the Tyson Events Center Box Office following any event. Items are typically available the following business day. If you lose an item at a Musketeers game, please notify a Guest Service Representative (usher) as soon as possible so that they can help you locate your item before you leave the event.
SAFETY WARNING
Despite advanced spectator shielding measures, pucks and/or sticks may be propelled into spectator areas at any time during warm-ups, during regular game play or after play stops. To help avoid injury from a pick or stick entering the seating area, stay alert whenever you are in the stands. If you are struck by a stick or puck that leaves the playing surface, please seek immediate medical assistance from one of our Guest Service Representatives.
SECURITY/CROWD MANAGEMENT
Tyson Events Center security provides professional protection for the facility, its guests, event participants and performers. Our electronic security system features indoor/outdoor closed circuit TV cameras and monitors, electric door alarms and maximum lighting.
SMOKING POLICY
The Tyson Events Center, in accordance with the Iowa Smoke free Air Act of 2008, is a non-smoking facility. Smoking, to include tobacco and electronic cigarettes, is expressly prohibited in all seating areas, suites, concourses, concession stands, banquet rooms, dressing and locker rooms, press areas and offices.
